主要研究成果

近年来,在 NSFC、973、863 等科研基金的资助下,本研究小组针对典型污染元素和持久性有机污染物在环境介质中的含量和化学形态分析方法学以及植物抵御污染环境胁迫的调控机制,系统地展开了以色谱-原子光谱/质谱联用检测技术为主要手段的基础和应用基础研究。其中主要研究成果包括:

(1)革新了传统原子光谱/质谱进样方式和色谱联用接口技术。率先报道了纳米氧化钛光催化导带电子和巯基乙醇光诱导S.还原的光催化/光诱导化学蒸气发生新原理,并用于硒和汞的形态分析;发展了基于热扩散原理的程序升温式热扩散GC/ICP-MS接口新技术,并用于汞和铅多形态同时分析;发展了cGC/ECNI-MS的脉冲式大体积进样新技术及其耦合新方法,并用于典型卤代持久性有机污染物(H-POPs)的高灵敏准确分析;自主设计和研制了相关便携式分析仪器和部件,最大限度地释放分析仪器的检测能力,并成功应用于野外环境现场检测。

(2)发展和丰富了生物分子检测策略,提出并建立了以元素为标签的生物标志分子的原子光谱/元素质谱筛选和定量方法,应用于硒蛋白和汞标记蛋白的筛选和绝对定量分析。

(3)利用所发展的HPLC/ICP-qMS/ESI-IT-MS联用新技术,首次发现并鉴定了在体镉、汞诱导的植物螯合肽(PCs)配合物in-vivo PCs-Cd和PCs-Hg,给出了植物抵御细胞氧化机制中PCs络合钝化设想长期缺乏的实验证据。

(4)率先提出树木“时间隧道”和“自然内标”概念、发展了系统的分析检测方法,建立了大气与树木表皮间POPs分配模型,填补了我国大气POPs污染空间分布和历史演变数据的空白。
